I hope your week was nice and the weekend is fun!
Venus is in retrograde, so it can be a difficult and confusing time for many couples. At such times, making positive efforts and not getting affected by the negativity is crucial towards survival and ultimately rewards in the future. There are things that can help such as meditation and walking that can open up the suppressed consciousness and help the mind function properly again.
Although I’m not a huge fan of astrology, but I must say it can’t be ignored. The Horoscopes on character and behavioral traits tend to be damn accurate.
Computerized methods have long been used and I’ve seen such methods used by family members who practice astrology since the 90s. The physical body is the vehicle of the soul, and keeping it healthy is a primary requirement for the soul to develop.
The human body has trillions of cells. While we generally think of vital organs such as the heart, stomach and kidneys working towards vital functions of the body, every function of the body actually originates in the cells. Cells have several different abilities and functions, and are of various kinds such as nerve cells, white blood cells, liver cells, muscle cells, etc. All cellular functions hugely depend upon cellular metabolism and the production of energy in the mitochondria.
What is Mitochondria
Each cell is surrounded by its cell membrane and contains a variety organelles. One of these organelles is called the mitochondria. It produces the energy required for cellular metabolism, transport, production of hormones and antibodies, communication with other cells and cellular reproduction.
Mitochondrial dysfunction occurs when cellular damage has occurred due to disease conditions such as cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, type-1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, etc. It causes decreased oxidative capacity and increased oxidative damage, and contributes substantially to biological aging. The symptoms include fatigue and increase in pain as well as faster progression or flare-ups of existing health problems.
On the cellular level, reduction in mitochondrial function occurs as a result of the following changes:
(1) a loss of maintenance of the electrical and chemical transmembrane potential of the inner mitochondrial membrane,
(2) alterations in the function of the electron transport chain, or
(3) a reduction in the transport of critical metabolites into mitochondria.
In turn, these changes result in a reduction in production of ATP.
Cells with low energy will keep reducing, the end game being frailty and pain. One can therefore not expect after a point that even nutrition and diet will save you as the cells have lost the ability to absorb nutrients. I found molecular hydrogen and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy to be two of the most effective and natural therapies that boost cellular energy and metabolism and reduce mitochondrial dysfunction. As the cells can reproduce, the intervention will eventually lead to reversal of mitochondrial dysfunction as more and more healthy cells are created and dying cells are saved.
Molecular Hydrogen
In the body, hydrogen is part of nearly every molecule, including proteins, sugars, fats and DNA. Hydrogen is an essential factor in physiological regulation. While you can’t really be “deficient” in Hydrogen, it can be applied for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective (protection against harmful chemicals) effects.
When inhaled, it is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream via the lungs, and circulated throughout the body. Being the lightest/smallest element in the universe, all tissues are very permeable to molecular hydrogen. It is also a highly safe therapy, as one can not overdose on hydrogen. The only reaction of taking too much H2 will be water, and that in the process hydrate the body.
